Say goodbye to blurry receipt photos! We’ve implemented a brand new system for attaching receipts, giving you four flexible options, including our biggest update: in-app receipt scanning.

  • New Scan Feature: Use your device’s camera to scan a receipt directly within the app.
  • Automatic Cropping: The system intelligently auto-crops the image for a perfectly aligned record.
  • Cleaner PDFs: This process generates a significantly cleaner, professional-grade PDF compared to a normal photo.

2. Enhanced Customization and Global Support

We’re giving you more control over how your data is displayed.

  • Unit System Implementation: You can now select your preferred unit system for a truly personalized experience, choosing between KMs, Litres, Miles, and Per Gallen.
  • Date Format Selection: A new date format system allows you to choose your preferred way of viewing dates.
  • Currency Update: The app now supports multiple currency types, with more to be added in the coming weeks.

3. Seamless Vehicle Sale History Transfer

Selling your vehicle? You can now easily share its history with the new owner without compromising your privacy.

  • Vehicle Transfer Package: Just head to the vehicle you’re selling, tap the share icon, and send the Vehicle Transfer Package to the purchaser.
  • Privacy First: We automatically strip out sensitive details, ensuring the purchaser will not see your original purchase price, fuel logs, spare parts, or wishlist.
  • Easy Import: The purchaser simply downloads the app, goes to settings, and completes the import single vehicle prompt to get the service history instantly.

4. Clearer Service Records: Repair vs. Maintenance

Our next big update will focus on the Service Record Add screen. We realized a critical distinction was missing, and we’ve fixed it ASAP.

  • Improved Clarity: There is now a clear distinction between a Repair and Maintenance cost.
  • Accurate Tracking: This ensures that your maintenance costs are a true representation of regular upkeep and aren’t muddied by one-off repair expenses.

5. Simple Google Cloud Back Up

This is a subtle, yet powerful improvement for our casual users.

  • Secure & Hands-Off: Google now backs up the app’s data up to 25MB for text-based users.
  • Data Privacy: This adheres to our core ethos: it’s a 100% secure addition, and we do not have access to your data.
